Picnic in the Park

Unique entertainment, picnic style lunch available from local eateries, art activity for kids and a farmers market….this is Picnic in the Park. A wholesome, family oriented, summer event sponsored by the North East Arts Council for over 20 years. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the activities… “Norman Rockwell style”. Bring a blanket or a chair and your camera to help capture the fun and memories.

When? 12 noon - 1 pm on Thursdays beginning the second week of June through the second week of August. The Farmers Market is open until 7pm

Where? Gibson Park in downtown North East

How much does it cost? The entertainment is FREE, children's art activity is by donation, and lunch cost varies.
